7-day Refund Policy When you cancel your account, refunds are not automatic. You will need to contact us directly within seven days of the charge to receive a refund. Cancellations are defaulted to be set at the end of your billing cycle. We will not issue a refund for any months outside of our refund policy.
Refunds are only applicable to the current subscription charge on your account, not for charges from the prior month. We hold our customers responsible for managing their accounts and active subscriptions.
